An arsonist may be on the loose torching buildings in a Chester County town.
In Coatesville authorities believe an arsonist may have struck again after someone torched a Franklin Street house on Sunday morning.
Coatesville has had more than a dozen suspected arson fires during the past year and a half.
Sunday's fire started on the porch of the house and spread next door, according to officials.
Coatesville police made an arrest last week for a December 7 fire that killed an elderly woman.
