What a terrific seven years we’ve had sharing amazing and life-changing stories of each of our Wednesday’s children featured on NBC10 News.
Each week we put our hearts and resources into telling their unique stories.
It was 2004 when we brought you our first Wednesday’s Child story. Thanks to you and loving families across tri-state area, of the 376 children we’ve featured, 236 have been adopted! We know that number is sure to grow.
It also takes a community of social workers, everyday business leaders, sports and educational organizations in our community to help make their dream of a loving home come true.
You will get to see some candid moments of each of the children we feature. Some are bold, some shy, there are even a few that steal the show but all have the same goal – to move out of foster care and into the arms of a forever family.
We look forward to sharing more of their stories and connecting this special kids with a stable and nurturing home.
