Vick, Maclin Officially Out Against Giants

After days of speculation, Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has officially been ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Giants, according to CSN Philly.

Vick missed his third straight practice on Friday after suffering broken ribs during the Eagles loss to the Cardinals last Sunday.

Vince Young, who made the infamous “dream team” comment before the season began, will start at quarterback.

CSN also reports that wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has also been downgraded to out against the Giants. Last Sunday Maclin injured his shoulder and hamstring. Riley Cooper will likely be his replacement, according to CSN Philly.

Neither Vick nor Maclin will travel with the team to New York.
