Doctors treated more than two dozen people after a small passenger bus rolled over along a Pennsylvania interstate early Sunday.

The bus and a tractor-trailer collided along I-78 eastbound near milepost 72 in Williams Township around 3:30 a.m., causing several injuries, state police said.

All 26 people on the small, private bus were taken to hospitals. St. Luke's University Health Network told The (Allentown) Morning Call three of eight people taken there were admitted with serious but not critical injuries. Lehigh Valley Health Network treated 10 patients for minor injuries.

No children were on board at the time, Northampton County dispatchers said.

The big rig's front end collide with the rear of the bus causing the bus to land on its side, police said.

It was unclear where the bus was going at the time.

The crash scene was cleared shortly before 5 a.m., state police said.
