Restaurant Week's Free Cooking Classes

La Cucina, the cooking class host at Reading Terminal Market, will offer lunch-hour cooking demonstrations through Restaurant Week.

Tuesday through Thursday, from noon to 1 p.m., chefs from some of Restaurant Week’s participating restaurants will demonstrate how to cook their favorite meals.

On Tuesday, January 27, Chef Brian Wilson from Le Castagne (1920 Chestnut St.) will cook up an Italian specialty.

Chef Artt Ward of Roy’s (124 S. 15th St.) will create a Hawaiian influenced meal on Wednesday, January 28.

Chef Adam Kantor of Rum Bar (2005 Walnut St.) will cook up a meal from the Rittenhouse lounge on January 29.

Finally, on January 30, Marcie Turney of Lolita (106 S. 13th St.) will demonstrate how to cook a Mexican-inspired gourmet meal.
