There's nothing like a spiced ale to warm you up when the weather starts cooling off, so head to the Winter Beer Festival at The Navy Yard in Philly on Saturday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov 15.

Not only will you be sampling a variety of different beers from more than 50 breweries -- some that have never even been in Philly before -- there will be a Cooking With Beer demonstration and a presentation by a beer historian. Yes, apparently those exist.

Tickets are $45 in advance and $55 the day of. It may sound pricey, but remember you'll be sampling about 100 delicious ales because each vendor is bringing two -- one seasonal and one of their choice. So really, it's a bargain.

There are two sessions each day -- one from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and one from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Sunday, the second session is private, you'll need a promo code to get tickets to that one.
