Philadelphia may not be comparable to fashion capitals such as Milan or Paris, but that doesn’t mean this city can’t have its very own catwalk.

Philadelphia Fashion Week will be held from Wednesday, Oct. 6 to Saturday, Oct. 9. The fashion shows will take place at the 23rd Street Armory, which is located on 22 South 23rd Street. All shows will be open to those 21 years of age or older, but Thursday is School Night and all the shows are open to all ages.

Throughout the week 30 different designers will premiere their Spring 2011 collections. Fashionistas who wish to attend the fashion week purchase tickets online through the fashion week website. Prices vary from $35-$125 depending on the night.
