N.Y. Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain’s mom, Jackie Standley, plead no contest Monday -- hours before the Phils' huge win over Yanks, forcing a Game 6 -- to a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance, reported the Lincoln Journal Star.

The 44-year-old mother is now facing up to twenty years in jail after selling a gram of methamphetamine to an undercover cop earlier this year at her home in Nebraska, according to the New York Daily News.

Standley, who has been estranged from her son for quite some time, admits that her drug dependency is to blame for their lack of a relationship.

The pitcher had this to say following his mother’s arrest, “She’s still my mom and I still love her.”

Standley will be sentenced on December 16, reports the Daily News.
