Woman Stabs, Kills Teen Cousin: Police

    Shaliyah Snipe, 19, is charged with murdering her cousin.

    Police say that teenager stabbed her cousin, killing her on Saturday in the Olney section of the city.

    Shaliyah Snipe, 19, turned herself over to police around midnight for allegedly stabbing her 19-year-old cousin, Daneeka Snipe, in the neck during an argument inside a home on the 1100-block of West Rockland Street.

    The victim, according to police, was stabbed just once and died about an hour later at Einstein Medical Center.

    Shaliyah Snipe is charged with murder and possessing an instrument of crime.
