A central New Jersey woman stands accused of posting nude images of her ex-boyfriend online and making racially charged and threatening remarks about him.
Ocean County prosecutors tell the Asbury Park Press that 26-year-old Erica Capasso of Howell was charged with privacy and bias crimes. Her arrest Friday ended a seven-month investigation.
Investigators say Capasso posted the racially charged and threatening remarks on the Internet to intimidate her former boyfriend, who lives in Ocean County.
Capasso's bail was set at $15,000 cash, and it was not known Saturday if she has retained an attorney. A telephone number for Capasso could not be located.
