On Tuesday, around 4 p.m., investigators say police were escorting Keith Freeman, 18, to a police car outside the Temple Hospital parking lot. Freeman, who was unsecured and on crutches at the time, allegedly fled from police, climbed a 6-foot wall with barb wire and escaped in the area of the 3400 block of North Broad.
