SEPTA is putting Philadelphia Eagles fans on the fast track to games at Lincoln Financial Field this season with its new Sports Express subway service.

The service kicks off Sunday on the Broad Street Line for the Eagles’ home opener against Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints.

Express trains begin running at 10:10 a.m. and will continue every ten minutes to haul hordes of Eagles fans to the Linc.

The train takes only 8 minutes to get to Pattison Avenue, so even the last-minute drinkers stumbling on the train 15 minutes before kickoff should get to the game in time.

Plus, it only costs $2.90 for two tokens, so fans can get to and from the Linc on game day fast, easy and cheap.

We salute you, SEPTA, for going the extra mile and making it a little bit easier to get our money’s worth every Sunday.
