If you had property stolen while in South Jersey or Southeastern Pennsylvania, all hope may not be lost—You might reunite with your lost treasures thanks to the Cherry Hill Police Department.
Two people were arrested back in February for burglary and theft. After an investigation, police discovered the suspects rented storage space in Atlantic County to store all of their stolen merchandise—So, this was no small venture, according to police.
Police recovered more than 10,000 items including electronics, CDs, DVDs, laptops, cell phones, perfume, sports memorabilia, model cars and trains.
Some of the stolen items date back to robberies reported in December 2006, police said.
Every item was photographed and posted on the Cherry Hill Police Department’s Web site.
