Police say a man is in custody after he stabbed his twin brother during a domestic dispute early Saturday morning.

Investigators say the assault happened at 3 North Christopher Columbus Boulevard  in Old City at approximately 1 a.m. The 38-year-old victim was taken to Jefferson University Hospital, where he is listed as being in critical condition.

No identifying information about either man has been released.
