New Jersey Town's 9/11 Memorial Vandalized

Someone vandalized a New Jersey town's Sept. 11 memorial, painting a beam from the World Trade Center with Cyrillic letters.

West Windsor police say the memorial, in the Ronald Rogers Arboretum, was vandalized over the weekend.

Police say Cyrillic letters were spray-painted in red along with the name "Bozhena." Police have translated the graffiti.

The memorial honored seven West Windsor residents who died in the Sept. 11 attacks.

Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call the West Windsor Police Department at 609-799-1222.
