The next Great Shredder Event is back and scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014 from 9am to 12pm at the Wells Fargo Center, 3601 South Broad Street.Now celebrating its 10th year, the NBC10 Telemundo62 Allstate Great Shredder Event is a FREE and open to the public.
Once again, NBC10 and Telemundo62 are teaming up with Allstate to help the public protect itself by offering FREE shredding services to permanently destroy personal documents. Shred-it, the official document destruction service company of the Great Shredder Event, will be on-site to ensure all personal information is kept secure and confidential. Experts will also be present throughout the day to provide guidance on organization and identity protection, including representatives from the Greater Philadelphia National Organization of Professional Organizers and Clarifi. In fact, our goal is to make this the biggest Great Shredder Event to-date!
In addition to free and confidential shredding services, your favorite NBC10 and Telemundo62 anchors and reporters will be available to sign autographs, take photos and help you with your items. Guests can also visit the Allstate tent for chance to win prizes each half hour, including Flyers tickets. Attendees will receive a 20% off discounted pass to Xfinity LIVE, can meet and take photos with legendary Philadelphia Flyer Alum, Bob Kelly, try their luck at the Flyers Inflatable Shot, stop by the Dunkin Donuts Community Cruiser check out StormForce10 and SkyForce10 and much more!
