Carmen Santiago, 75, was last seen at her home on the 6600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard on Thursday around 7:05 p.m.

Police say Carmen suffers from Alzheimer’s and frequents the area of Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard.

Carmen is described as Hispanic, standing at 4-foot-10, weighing 140 pounds with brown eyes and curly, salt and pepper, shoulder length hair.

She was last seen wearing a navy blue top and blue pants.
