Lower Merion police arrested two men suspected in the armed robbery of a convenience store in Wynnewood Saturday.
The 7-Eleven at the corner of City and Haverford avenues was robbed by two men with a gun just before 2 a.m., police said.
One of the men grabbed the clerk by the collar and beat him, according to police. The men tried to grab cash but didn't get away with anything before police caught them.
The clerk was not seriously hurt. He did not require hospitalization.
