Three-year-old Bryan Maenner arrived at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia Thursday night to watch his first Eagles game with his twin brother, Brandon.

It's the twins first game, and for Bryan it maybe his last.

Eighteen months ago, Bryan was diagnosed with an extremely rare blood cancer that produces tumors throughout his body.

After going through radiation, chemotherapy and even a stem cell transplant, doctors told Bryan's parents about 3 weeks ago that there is nothing more they can do.

"It is the worst pain a parent would ever go through in their life. I have to deal with watching my son die every single day," said Richard Maenner.

Maenner decided that, instead, he wanted to watch his son live, so they've spent the last 3 weeks doing whatever he wants-- including watching the Eagles play at Lincoln Financial Field.

"We're out tonight giving him the time of his life," said Maenner.

But Bryan wouldn't have had a 50-yard line seat, if it wasn't for a woman he never met before tonight.

Gayle Jackson, the proud mother of Eagles' wide receiver DeSean Jackson, says she heard about Bryan and his love of the Eagles from a friend.

Jackson called her son, who helped make this dream come true for little Bryan Maenner.

At halftime, Gayle Jackson got a high-five and big thank you from Bryan and his Dad.

"He just blessed me, believe it or not. So I'm the one that received the gift this evening," said Jackson. "That's why you live to be a blessing to someone else."
