After a record number of votes and a poll that went down to the wire, the results for the latest High School Blitz game of the week came in at 10 p.m. Wednesday. And the winner is….
Triton at Paul VI
The Triton at Paul VI game won with 48-percent of the votes, only one percent more than Downingtown East vs. Dowingtown West. Central Bucks East vs. Central Bucks West came in third place with five-percent of the votes.
With 81,389 votes, this week’s total number shattered the previous record of 51,000.
The Triton/Paul VI will take place at Paul VI High School in Haddonfield, New Jersey starting 7 p.m. Friday.
The "Game of the Week" is chosen exclusively by viewers through online voting. The winning game is announced on the news every Wednesday and the matchup will receive extended post-game coverage on NBC10 News Fridays at 11 p.m. as well as on our brand-new show "NBC10 High School Blitz" which airs on Saturdays at 7 p.m.
Voting for next week's "Game of the Week" begins Thursday at 6 p.m.
