A central Pennsylvania teen is facing ethnic intimidation charges after he allegedly drew a swastika inside the boys' bathroom of his intermediate school.
Northern York County Regional Police say the teen wrote "KKK" and "White Power" in the bathroom and also threatened a 12-year-old black student at Dover Area Intermediate School.
Investigators said Wednesday the 14-year-old faces juvenile charges including ethnic intimidation and terroristic threats.
School officials say the student has been removed from the school and will be placed in an alternative program.
