Ryan O'Neal brazenly hit on his stunning daughter Tatum at Farrah Fawcett's funeral just moments after the hearse carrying his longtime love left the service, he confesses in a new bombshell interview.

"I had just put the casket in the hearse and was watching it drive away when a beautiful blond woman comes up and embraces me," O'Neal said. "I said to her, 'You have a drink on you? You have a car?' She said, 'Daddy, it's me, Tatum!'"

"I was just trying to be funny with a strange Swedish woman, and it's my daughter," he said. "It's so sick."

In the Vanity Fair interview -- first reported by the New York Post -- the father of four who pledged to marry Fawcett on her death bed just weeks before she died of anal cancer in June admitted to hitting on his actress daughter at the funeral service for the "Charlie's Angels" star -- and he also said he's sorry he's a father.

"A couple of them I would take back," O'Neal said of his children. "I don't think I was supposed to be a father. Just look around at my work -- they're either in jail or they should be."

O'Neal fathered Tatum, 45, and Griffin, 44, with first wife Joanna Moore. He sired son Patrick, 42, with actress Leigh Taylor-Young and Redmond, 24, with Fawcett.

Redmond, the only child with whom O'Neal has contact, is in jail for violating probation on drug charges.

"I'm not in touch with them now," he said. "And I've never been happier."

O'Neal made the pass at his actress daughter just a month after professing his undying love for Fawcett. But Tatum said the uncomfortable encounter with her father at Fawcett's funeral was just more of the same from her estranged father.

"That's our relationship in a nutshell. ... You make of it what you will," she said.  "It had been a few years since we'd seen each other. And he was always a ladies' man, a bon vivant."

Ryan ripped into Tatum in his VF interview for writing a tell-all about her family that detailed her parents' drug abuse and her dad's penchant for physical and mental abuse.

"She wrote a book -- bitch!" he said. "How dare she throw our laundry in the street for money!"

O'Neal also tore into his eldest son, Griffin.

"I hate him!" the actor told Vanity Fair.

Griffin, who was forbidden by his father to attend Fawcett's funeral, said his dad is a "narcissistic psychopath" who tried to profit off Fawcett's death.

"All those crocodile tears!" Griffin said. "I consider him a vulture presiding over a carcass. My dad's only goal was to make sure he would be in the will."

"It was so disgustingly transparent as soon as he found out she was terminal ... Ryan thought he was going to get everything."
