2:26 p.m.: The Eagles were able to pick up an extra three points at the end of the first half on a 27-yard field goal from Jake Elliott. Questionable play-call from Doug Pederson on third down, opting to run the ball instead of taking a shot into the end zone.
But this drive was set up on an interception from rookie Avonte Maddox. It's his first career INT. Maddox is the extra DB on the field in the dime package. He's played well. He nearly returned the INT for a TD. He has some moves as a returner.
The Eagles outgained the Titans 225-158 in the first half, but have just a seven-point lead. The Birds get the ball back after half. They need to start getting the ball in the end zone. A touchdown at the end of the first half would have been big.
Eagles 10, Titans 3
2:03 p.m.: Jordan Matthews makes a big play in his home of Nashville. On a drive that started at their own 3-yard line and capped it with a 56-yarder from Carson Wentz to Matthews. It was the second-longest reception of his career.

Complete coverage of the Philadelphia Eagles and their NFL rivals from NBC Sports Philadelphia.
After the touchdown pass, they did their old shake hands, business-like, celebration. That's a throwback.

Big third-down conversions on the drive came from Wendell Smallwood on a tough run and a 10-yard pass to Zach Ertz in the middle of the field.
Eagles 7, Titans 3
1:48 p.m.: We have our first Alshon Jeffery catch of the season. It's a big 31-yarder on third down in the second quarter. But the Eagles' drive stalled after this. Still, it's nice to have No. 17 back.

1:38 p.m.: Not much offense. At the end of the first quarter, we have just three points on the board.
Titans 3, Eagles 0
1:32 p.m.: Slow start for the Eagles on offense. They haven't gotten points off their first two drives and their only big plays were two passes to Zach Ertz and one big run from Jay Ajayi. Nelson Agholor could have two big catches, but he couldn't bring down either.
1:09 p.m.: The Titans got the ball first and moved down the field 51 yards on eight plays and got a 42-yard field goal. The big play of the drive was a 28-yard pass to Corey Davis over Jalen Mills. The Titans are attacking Mills early.
Titans 3, Eagles 0
12:39 p.m.: It's almost time for kickoff!

10:12 a.m.: As I was pulling up to the stadium, so were the Eagles' busses. Pretty soon a few players, including Carson Wentz, will take the field for early pregame warmups. We're an hour behind in Nashville, so it's a noon kickoff local time.
The press box has a great view. In most stadiums, reporters are at the top of the building, but here we're a little closer to the action.
