Magic playing to level of opponents

Before you think this is a game the Sixers can coast, take a look at some of the teams the Magic have recently beaten: Indiana, Golden State, Toronto, Milwaukee (all within the past three weeks). It might come as a surprise then that their past three losses have come to Cleveland, New York and Chicago. The point is the Magic clearly get up for big games and tend to play to the level of their opponent. Tonight, with the Sixers shorthanded, it will be no exception.
Standings watch
Both teams have plenty to play for tonight, though at different sides of the standings. The Magic, Charlotte Hornets, and Miami Heat are all currently vying for the eighth seed in the East. While with a win tonight, the Sixers could finish the night as the virtual three-seed, should the Pacers fall to Chicago, of course.
All-Star Nikola Vucevic
Vucevic, who made his first All-Star team this year (averaging a team-high 20.7 points, a team-high 12.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.22 blocks per game), put together a string of solid performances against the Sixers this season, scoring 27 and 30 points, respectively. With Joel Embiid, Boban Marjanovic and Jonah Bolden all sidelined for tonight's game, the Sixers will have their hands full.
