Eagles Fans Forced to Listen to Yet Another Cowboy Call Our Game

The Eagles playing a road game in London against the Jacksonville Jaguars sounds like a nice thing if you're traveling over the pond for a really expensive vacation to watch the Birds in a unique setting.

But if you're staying home in Philadelphia, well, it just kind of sounds like a headache.

The normal Sunday football viewing routine will be broken and you'll be forced to tune in to watch the Eagles earlier than usual with a 9:30 a.m. start time on NFL Network.

Not only will you have to set the alarm for an early game and opt for some extra strong coffee in place of your typical game day beer, you'll also have to deal with former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin calling the game.

The NFL Network's "NFL GameDay Morning" crew of Rich Eisen, Steve Mariucci, Kurt Warner, and Michael Irvin will give it a go of calling the game from Wembley Stadium over in London.

"After a decade-and-a-half of planting new broadcast flags for the NFL Network, this one may be the most thrilling of all," Eisen said. "I can't wait to get to Wembley to start the call so I'm going to use this press release to remind everyone that the yellow line is unofficial."

As if Troy Aikman, Tony Romo, Moose Johnston, and Jason Witten aren't enough to give Eagles fans a headache while watching games, now we've got to deal with yet another former Cowboy calling our game.
