A DJ recently released a 2009 video of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange dancing in the Icelandic capital of Reykjavík. The footage depicts Assange dancing on a near deserted dance floor. His once colleague Daniel Domscheit-Berg once said Assange wasn’t “very rhythmic or coordinated.” The DJ, Seth Sharp, had asked Assange’s permission before taking the photos, not knowing at the time who this man was. Assange hesitated, but then agreed. Sharp said he decided to post the video because he said it seemed mild compared to the Swedish investigation over rape charges. "I thought it was cool that an older guy was going crazy to our music, since we played for a younger crowd," Sharp said.
