Suspect Arrested in Shooting Death of NYC Rapper

A suspect has been arrested in the death of a rapper caught in a hail of bullets in an SUV in Queens last month.

Jamal Green was killed when someone fired into the SUV full of people on Jan. 3. Three other people were injured in the attack.

Authorities say Green was a rapper who performed under the name Mazaradi Fox and was formerly associated with rapper 50 Cent.

Police said Tuesday that 35-year-old Jamal Scott has been arrested in the attack. He faces charges including second-degree murder, attempted murder and felony assault.

It was not clear whether Scott had an attorney.
