Woman Who Picked Up Dropped Cash Apologizes

Stephanie Paparo appeared in court today for allegedly stealing $2,300 of dropped cash at a Wawa. In court the judge changed Paparo’s charge from taking stolen property to theft of lost property. NBC10’s Doug Shimell spoke to the victim.
