Police officer shot and killed 1 of 4 dogs that attacked a 53-year-old man

A police officer shot and killed one of four dogs that attacked a man in West Philadelphia. The officer was on patrol when a witness said there were loose dogs in the area. The officer tried to use his siren to distract the dogs, when that didn’t work he fired shots at the dogs, hitting one of them. The other dogs ran away.
