Police officer placed on administrative duty after killing dog that attacked a man

Several dogs were on the loose roaming around a Philadelphia neighborhood when they attacked a man on the street. An officer fired several shots at the dogs, killing one of them. Police say the man suffered bite wounds all over his body and was taken to the hospital. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the details.
