Woman Finds Vintage Photos From the 1920s at Philly Construction Site

A woman found a family’s vintage photos, some dated back to the 1920s, at a construction site in Philadelphia’s Point Breeze neighborhood. Now she’s trying to reunite the pictures with their rightful owners. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has the story.
