Violent Arrest Under Investigation

Marcus Warryton was arrested Monday night on 1600 block of Ruan Street in Frankford. The incident is under investigation because the arrest turned violent. The four officers involved said Warryton resisted arrest. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
