U.S. Marine Receives a Hero's Homecoming in Delco After Leaving Afghanistan

Lance Corporal Thomas Plotts, one of the last U.S. marines to leave Afghanistan, is back home in Ridley Township, Pennsylvania. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia was there as he received a hero’s homecoming from his community.
