Philly police are making efforts to get ATVs and dirt bikes off the roads before the summer

Police seized 30 ATVs and dirt bikes over the weekend in their effort to remove illegal bikes off the roads. Police say so far this year they have taken 157 bikes off the streets and plan to destroy dozens of the bikes in the upcoming weeks.
