U. of Delaware Celebrates Two Basketball Teams Headed to the NCAA Tournament

It’s a history-making season for the University of Delaware, as both the men’s basketball team and women’s basketball team head to the NCAA tournament. It’s the first time both teams have gone in the same year, reports NBC10’s Steven Fisher.
