Two Men, Baby Steal Scooter Off North Philadelphia Street

Isaack Barker’s scooter was stolen from his front door Thursday by two men, one of whom was carrying a baby with him. You can see the baby-carrying man acting as a lookout, and then getting away on his own bicycle, with the infant on his lap.
