Thousands Show Up for School Cuts Rally

Eleven men and three women were arrested Wednesday at a rally to protest cutbacks being made by the Philadelphia School District. Protesters showed up at the Municipal Services Building and marched to the Philadelphia School District Headquarters. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors reports.
