Temple Student Injured in Hit-and-Run Will Walk in Graduation

A Temple University student who was critically injured in a hit-and-run last year will achieve her goal in May. Rachel Hall’s mother says with hard work, therapy, and determination she will be able to walk across the stage for Temple’s graduation.
