Teen Charged as Adult in Murder of Dad in Front of Daughter in Spring Garden

A teen boy accused of shooting and killing a Philadelphia father who was trying to protect his 2-year-old daughter during a carjacking in Spring Garden, has been arrested and charged as an adult. Philadelphia Police officials revealed new details about the teen suspect, identified as 16-year-old Marvin Roberts.
