Stray Bullet Strikes Security Officer at Lincoln University

A security officer working on Lincoln University’s Chester County campus suffered an injury when authorities say she was struck by a stray bullet. This weekend marked homecoming at the university. School officials say no students were injured or involved in the shooting.
