‘It's about taking chances.' New SEPTA apprenticeship is helping train people in the welding trade

To address a shortage of employees who specialize in the trade of welding, SEPTA started an apprenticeship program as a way to train new and existing employees in the trade. NBC10’s Leah Uko spoke with one woman in the program who says it made her life better and is encouraging other women to join too.
