Philly police merged 2 districts in move they say will make cops more visible and streets safer

Two Philadelphia police districts in Center City have merged in hopes of making streets feel safer. Police say there will be more officers patrolling the streets, faster response times, additional back-up support and more. NBC10’s Frances Wang has more on what the merger means for the city.
