Senate Passes GOP Tax Plan

The U.S. Senate has passed the GOP tax plan. A similar bill has already passed the U.S. House, so lawmakers now must negotiate a compromise bill. They’re hoping to get the final bill to the president to sign by Christmas. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal has reaction to the passage.
