Radnor Twp. Considers Plan to Charge Stormwater Fee

Radnor Township commissioners are considering a plan to impose a fee on homeowners to repair the stormwater system and help alleviate flooding in the township. NBC10’s Chris Cato went to find out how much that fee would be and what homeowners have to say about it.
