Protests Against ICE and PARS Continue in Philly

Protesters in Philadelphia are gearing up for a long fight as they continue to call for Mayor Kenney to end an agreement with the Department of Homeland Security that gives ICE access to city arrest and arraignment records filed in the Preliminary Arraignment Reporting System, commonly known as PARS.
