Proposed Bill Would Protect NJ Drivers From Out of State Red Light and Speed Cameras

A proposed bill would prevent cameras in other states from capturing New Jersey drivers speeding or running red lights. But legislators in surrounding states are fighting the bill, calling it a safety hazard. The NBC10 Investigators take a look at both sides of the debate.
