Police: Rushdi Tried to Flee to Mexico or Canada

Police went to the York home of the woman whose boyfriend allegedly kidnapped and killed her 7-month-old baby. Authorities found out that their home that they were living in was a boarding house and the other residents that live there told police of allegations of past abuse on the infant.
