Police Officer Kills Man and Injures Woman Outside Delaware 7-Eleven

An investigation is underway after a police officer shot and killed a man outside a Delaware 7-Eleven and injured a woman. Officials say a drug investigation led to the shooting. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has the latest on the incident as well as surveillance video.
