A man, accused of firing at Philadelphia Police on Wednesday morning, in the Logan section of the city, is now behind bars.
Thirty-year-old James Ceaser, of West Philadelphia, was arrested Thursday morning.
His arrest comes a day after police admit they took the wrong man in custody.
Ceaser is accused of breaking into a car on the 300 block of East Elmwood Street around 6 a.m. Wednesday, stealing a firearm, and firing three shots at officers.
No one was injured.
