Police Arrest Barricade Suspect

Two men are in custody after a barricade situation in Lindenwold.

Police responded to the Coachman Manor Apartments on the 400 block of East Gibbsboro Road Sunday at 5:12 a.m. for a report of a man armed with a shotgun.

The caller told police he was outside his apartment when a man walked over, pointed a shotgun at him and walked inside an apartment. When police arrived, investigators say two men were outside the apartment. One man was apprehended immediately while another ran inside the apartment and barricaded the door, according to investigators.

Police established a perimeter and a SWAT team was called in. The officers then made their way inside the apartment and took the second suspect into custody without incident, according to police. Investigators say a weapon was recovered from the apartment.

Police identified the first suspect as Luis Bonilla-Hernandez, 22. He was charged with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats and remanded to the Camden County Jail.

The second suspect was identified as Juan Gallardo, 31. He was charged with Obstruction and is also wanted by I.C.E., according to investigators. He was remanded to the Camden County Jail.
